Important legal summary: Rivrala Tap products are customized as per your submitted details and are non-returnable/non-cancellable once confirmed, except in case of manufacturing defect or wrong-item delivery.

1. Product Usage

Our NFC and QR stands are designed to open digital links when tapped or scanned. Performance may vary based on user device compatibility and internet connectivity.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. You are fully responsible for submitting and re-checking accurate customization details including URL, business name, artwork/text, and contact information before placing the order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier service. Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on serviceability and destination. Any tracking or AWB details shared are based on courier updates.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Product pricing shown on the website is inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. Additional shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

5. Returns and Replacements

All customized products are non-returnable and non-cancellable once ordered. Replacements are eligible only for verified manufacturing defects or wrong-item delivery. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof and clear photos/videos.

6. Acceptable Content

You must not use our products for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. We may suspend service support for misuse.

7. Accounts and Authentication

Users may sign in using OTP and/or approved social login providers (such as Facebook). You are responsible for safeguarding access to your registered phone number, email account, and connected social account.

8. Data Deletion Requests
